 غني احمد زي را؛ کي ها و چرا "دومين مرد متفکر دنيا" ساختند؟!

خبر اعلام معرفي دومين مرد متفکر دنيا (جناب محترم داکتر صاحب اشرف غني احمد زي) از طريق مطبوعات داخلي و بين المللي از نام سايت" پروسپکت مگزين" بصورت بسيار وسيع و گسترده به نشر رسيد. من که براي بار اول  اين خبر را شنيدم، از فرط خوشي مُژ مژه اي در زير پوست بدنم احساس کرده و خواستم اين مباهات و افتخار را به تمامي هموطنان تبريک عرض کرده و به همه ي جهانيان فرياد زنم. براي آنکه ما چنين متفکري داريم.
 اما روزي درد دل يکي از هموطنانم در مورد دومين مرد متفکر جـــهان را خواندم که نبشته بود : «پدې وروستيوکې د ښاغلي اشرف غني احمدزي په هکله ويل کيږي چې هغه د نړي دويم متفکر دۍ0 په رښتيا سره دداسې يوه سترمتفکرسره ښايي چې په نړيواله کچه د سترو او وتلو سياسي ، فرهنګي او پوځي څيرو سره راشه درشه او اړيکې ولري او د هغوسره ګډ کار وکړي0 له همدې امله و چې کله يې په کال 2009 کې  دافغانستان ولسمشرۍ ته درسيدو په موخه د سيالۍ ډګرته راودانګل د خپل انتخاباتي کمپاين د ښې سمبالتيا لپاره يې مشهورامريکايي ستراتژيست جيمزکارويل  د سلاکار په توګه غوره کړ0»
و در جاي دگري ميخوانيم که «ماڅو کاله مخکې يوه ليکنه چې سرليک يې د عجايباتو تاټوبي و په ځينو ويب پانو کې خپره کړې وه او د ښاغلي احمدزي دې انتخاب زه په بشپړ ډول متيقين کړم چې په رښتيا سره افغانستان دعجايباتو ټاټوبي دۍ0 بله خبره چې عجيبه بريښي داده چې د2009 کال د رسوايۍ څخه ډکو ټاکنو کې اشرف غني احمدزي په سلوکې درۍ رايې هم ترلاسه نکړې چې هغه په نشت کې  حسابيږي0 داچې پدې پنځوکلونوکې ښاغلي احمدزي کوم داسې غوره کارکړي دۍ چې دخلکو په زړونوکې يې ځاي موندلي وي او داځل ولس ده ته رايه ورکړي ماته څرګند نه دۍ0».
درد دل اين هموطن مان هم موجه و هم منطقي است. همانطوريکه محترم احمد زي حدود دو فيصد رأي را بدست آورده بود، پس در انتخابات کنوني از کجا ها الهام گرفته است تا خويشتن را بازهم کانديد پُست رياست جمهوري نمايد؟
 راستش احساس کنجکاوي من، زماني به شناخت شخصيت بلند و علمي و اکادميک و به ويژه امروز که جناب محترم اشرف غني دومين مرد متفکر دنيا خوانده ميشود! بالا گرفت؛ که ايشان منتصب به وظيفه ي سترگ و خطيري گرديدند. و آن توظيف به مسووليت  تنظيم روند انتقال از نيروهاي خارجي به نيرو هاي امنيتي دولت افغانستان بود که مسلماً در يک هماهنگي داخلي و بين المللي به ايشان محول گرديد. ولي مشخصاً به طور تعيين کننده اينکه چه کسي اين وظيفه ي سخت پر مسووليت تاريخي را به ايشان تفويض کرد، تا چندي قبل تابويي بيش نبود.
ايشان زمانيکه به اين وظيفه ي خطير آغاز نمودند، ديدم که نيتنها تغيير حبا و قبا دادند، بل ريشي هم گذاشتند. اينکه من در مورد ريش و لباس  و بعدن تسبيح که ايشان به آن چمتو و مجهز ساخته شدند،از نظر روانشناسي و به ويژه استخباراتي کم نخوانده بودم. گويا چه کساني، چه دستهايي بوده اند که اين شخصيت محترم بلند علمي و اکادميک را درين قالب برنامه اي، جاگزين کرده اند؟ در همان وقت با ديدن ريش و دستار و پيراهن و تنبان اين شخصيت علمي و اکادميک مطلبي نوشتم که شما ميتوانيد با کليک نمودن بالاي عنوان زير، آن را مرور فرماييد.

اما بياييد ببينيم که با درنظرداشت کدام معيار ها؟ کدام شواهد؟ در کجا؟ توسط کدام موئسسه ي معتبر علمي و اکادميک!، آقاي غني احمد زي دومين مرد متفکر جهان شناخته شدند؟
 پيش از ارايه اين مدارک ميخواهم به استيذان خواننده ي عزيز برسانم که امروز هرآنکسي که بخواهد ميتواند ويب سايتي داشته باشد، فقط با پرداخت حد اقل پنج تا شش دالر(حدود سه صد افغاني) درماه، صاحب يک سايت ميباشد.
براي شما جالب خواهد بود که بدانيد، آقاي غني احمد زي توسط يک چنين سايت انگريزي بنام "پرسپکت مگزين" دومين مرد متفکرجهان شناخته شده است.
با کدام شاخص ها؟:
در مورد آقاي غني احمد زي، در سايت پروسپکت مگزين، با ارايه معلوماتي که ذيلن ذکر ميشود، از کاربران تقاضا شده است که براي موصوف راي دهند. براي شناسايي ايشان چنين معلومات ارايه شده است:

( اشرف غني يک سياستمدار و رئيس پيشين  دانشگاه يا پوهنتون کابل است. موصوف همچنان رييس انستيتيوت ايجاد دولت موثر که در سال 2005 ايجاد شده بود، و مسوول انتقال مسووليت از نيرو هاي خارجي به نيروهاي افغان، وزير ماليه و کانديد رياست جمهوري در سال 2009 ميباشد.)
آيا انجام اين وظايف سپرده شده ميتواند معياري براي نخبگي و نبوغ و چه و چه در حد "متفکر بزرگ دوم جهان!" باشد؟
راجع  به شخص مورد نظر بيشتر از شصت تبصره کوتاه و بدون سند با پيروي از رويه گوسفندان (وقتي يک گوسفند از جوي خيز ميزند ديگران همه آنرا تعقيب مينمايند) نشر شده است. و اين خود يک سناريويي است از قبل تنظيم شده که سالها بالايش کار شده است و اندک هم نمايانگر مهارت دستگاه هاي دروغ پراگني معلوم الحال غربيست که گاو سياه  را سفيد و شير سفيد را سياه معرفي مينمايند و بدين ترفند ها شخصيت سازي ميکنند.
شک و ترديدي وجود ندارد که امروز افغانستان تحت اشغال و استعمار کارتل هاي اقتصادي ـ نو استعماري غرب قرار دارد و فارمول عموميست که آنچه (دولت دستنشانده، اردوي ملي، قانون اساسي، پارلمان، جامعه به اصطلاح مدني... ) در مملکت وجود دارد همه افزار اشغال و استعمار اند و پشيزي ارزش مردمي و ملي و بومي ندارند. جناب غني احمد زي مانند صدها نفر  ديگر يکي از عناصر گوش به فرمان وافزار استعمار و اشغال است  که با قرار گرفتن آن در راس حاکميت، نيتنها اشغال نهادينه شده، بل افغانستان "در بست" به   "آي ام اف" يعني صندوق بين المللي پول و بانک جهاني سپرده خواهد شد. زيرا او نه تصادفاً يکي از افزار بانک جهاني نيز بوده است و هم اکنون داراي همان حيثيت شمرده ميشود. البته راجع به جنايات بانک جهاني ( که حتي اکثر تعليم يافته هاي ما ازکارکرد هاي واقعي آن چيزي نه ميدانند؛ چه رسد به مردم عادي*1)، ميتوان بد بختي ها و سياه روزي هاي مردمان آسيا، افريقا و امريکاي لاتين رابه قسم سند ارايه داد.
در هر صورت؛ خوشبختانه هموطن دانشمند با احساس و متبحر و خلاق، دوست عزيزم جناب شفيع عيار با تهيه دو ويديو کليپ بسيار بلند و سنگين؛ مدارک بس متقن  و قوي و ارزشمند در مورد شناسايي جناب محترم اشرف غني احمد زي که حتا روابط  و همدستي ايشان را با سازمان جاسوسي و جهنمي پاکستان " آي اس آي" هم به معرفي ميگيرند؛ در مورد اين اعجوبه ي خارجي افغاني تبار ارايه داده اند که من و تک تک ازهموطنان از جناب ايشان اظهار سپاس نموده موفقيت هاي مزيد در راستاي روشنگري و خردورزي براي ايشان آرزو ميبريم.

اين هم اسنادي از سايت پرسپکت؛ طوريکه درين سايت مشاهده ميشود، جناب عالي داکتر اشرف غني احمد زي با 69 رأي از هموطنان ما (اين يک امر غريزي است که هر افغاني براي هموطنش مخصوصاً در يک چنين وضعيت رأي ميدهد) مرد متفکر جهان معرفي شده است.
به سند و مدرک زير مراجعه فرماييد و در اخير به لينک آن نيز ورود فرماييد. آنگاه ميدانيد که همه اين متفکر ساختن و نابغه ساختن و فيلسوف رياضي ساختن ها، و از " چريک قوماندان*2" شخصيت بانفوذ و مشهور ساختن، همه و همه جزء برنامه هاي استخبارتي و کارزار تبليغاتي هژمونيست هاي غرب، بخاطر حصول اهداف اقتصادي و غارتگري منابع طبيعي کشور ها و استثمار مردمان، چيزي بيش نيست.

Dr. Ghani’s background is suitable to lead an agency, but most progressive societies have attorneys as their leaders and decision makers.
For instance, in the USA, most congressman and presidents have been attorneys at law.
Afghanistan has anthropologists, money lenders, and journalists as a leaders.
